Le 1er mai, c'est la Fête du Travail en France — et c'est un jour férié ! Tout le monde a congé : les magasins sont fermés, les écoles aussi. C'est le seul jour de l'année où les commerces sont obligés de fermer.
Il y a deux traditions le 1er mai en France. La première, c'est le muguet : on offre du muguet à ses proches — c'est une fleur blanche qui porte bonheur. On en voit partout dans les rues le 1er mai.
La deuxième tradition, c'est les manifestations : les syndicats organisent des défilés dans les rues pour défendre les droits des travailleurs. En France, on aime faire la grève !
